Navicat中连接非本地的PostgreSQL数据库服务，提示报错如下：could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)ls the server running on host “192.168.1.51” and acceptingTCP/IP connections on port 5432?，但是在PostgreSQL数据库服务本地连接登录是没有问题的。
